In April 2011, the ANZCA Council established a document development group to revise the training and educational professional documents. The TE-Document Development Group (TE DDG) is reviewing the current approach to documenting policy aspects of the ANZCA training program, as well as reviewing and revising current professional documents and regulations to assist implementation of ANZCA Curriculum Revision 2013. The group is working closely with other relevant staff and the Curriculum Redesign Steering Group.
Council has developed terms of reference for ANZCA committees. The aim is to streamline both council and committee work by clarifying the purpose of and arrangements for committees, particularly to define which functions are delegated to committees (and reported through to council) and which require council approval. The terms of reference includes standardised definitions of a quorum, voting rules and that electronic decisions should be recorded in the minutes of the next meeting.
