Information workshop for primary practice viva coodinators and volunteers

Do registrars ask you for primary viva practice? Would you love to say yes, but worry that you don’t remember enough primary material? Are you using the vivas you were given all those years ago and wonder whether the exam has changed? Would you love to be able to help more? We have the course for you!
It’s easier than you think.

In this two evening course, presented by primary examiner Dr Julia Coldrey, you will learn:

  • All about the ANZCA primary viva exam

  • What makes a good viva
  • How you can use the knowledge you already possess to write an interesting and
relevant viva

You will get to give your new viva to participating registrars and then refine your viva based on group feedback.
If all consultants in SA created one five minute primary exam viva, we would create a fabulous collective resource and if everyone had two... Up for the challenge?

Two evening course - 7-9pm (participants are expected to attend both sessions)
