Faculty of Pain Medicine Awards
The Faculty of Pain Medicine Dean's Prize and Best Free Paper Award have been announced.
Dr Paul Wrigley from the Royal North Shore Hospital has been awarded the Faculty of Pain Medicine Dean's Prize for the research paper "Brain Anatomy Associated with Chronic Neuropathic Pain Following Spinal Injury".
The Faculty of Pain Medicine's Best Free Paper Award has been awarded to Dr Jane Trinca from St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne for the research paper "Knowledge as Pain in Recent Medical Graduates in a Large Teaching Hospital 1998-2008. Have we made a difference?".
The awards were announced at the Faculty of Pain Medicine's Annual General Meeting at the ANZCA Annual Scientific Meeting in Cairns.
