New Zealand revises guidance on open disclosure policies

New Zealand’s Health and Disability Commissioner has revised its "Guidance on Open Disclosure Policies" document.

The revised document gives clear guidance on what health professionals, including anaesthetists, need to do after an event where open disclosure should occur.
