Booklets and brochures
ANZCA produces booklets and brochures for Fellows, trainees and the community.
About ANZCA
The About ANZCA booklet gives an overview of the College and its functions.
Anaesthesia - a rewarding and challenging career
The Anaesthesia - a rewarding and challenging career booklet is for medical students and doctors considering a career in anaesthesia.
ANZCA Style Guide
The ANZCA Style Guide has been prepared so that the College produces consistent, easy-to-read written material. There are many ways to use the English language and the style guide does not imply that others are incorrect. Rather, the aim is to choose a single, user-friendly style and apply it to all written materials that the College produces in an effort to improve readability and consistency, and build on our professional image.
It is not meant to be exhaustive and will be added to and amended over time.
Benefits of Fellowship
The 2012 Benefits of Fellowship booklet explains why it is important to be a Fellow of ANZCA.
Research Highlights 2011
The Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine Foundation’s new Research Highlights 2011 report provides summaries and highlights of some of the pioneering research work being undertaken by ANZCA and FPM Fellows, and supported by the funding grants from the foundation.
A day in the life of an anaesthetist
A new photo journal, A day in the life of an anaesthetist, compiled by Dr Jennifer Lucas of Melbourne’s Monash Medical Centre captures one day – October 19, 2010 – in the life of anaesthetists employed by Southern Health, a tertiary hospital network in Melbourne’s south east. It can be viewed here by Fellows and trainees.
