Doctor D B Collins QC is Chairperson of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal. He also continues to be Chairperson of the Medical Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal and Pharmacy Disciplinary Committee.

Doctor Collins will traverse changes that have occurred in medical disciplinary proceedings in New Zealand over the past 20 years and explain the format and structures introduced by the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003.
