There are many common stressors that are not generally considered as being related to the creation of stress. They can be in the work place, at home, on the television or even when you are with your friends. There is also a growing list of symptoms that are created by stress. They can be behavioural, physical or psychological. It also extends into the area of eating and exercising. Having the correct diet and exercise regime is of great importance in building stress resilience. Meditation and other simple techniques can offer an individual the ability to quickly and easily slow down, relax and introduce a state of calm alertness. It is essential for all these factors to be considered when looking at reducing levels of stress.
The benefits to an individual by placing a priority on these areas of their life can have profound effects on their general state of mind and physical wellbeing.
In conclusion, the benefits of correct diet, regular exercise and meditation will be reviewed and an invitation to attend the afternoon Manage Your Wellbeing: stress relief workshops, will be offered.
