Initial meeting of the CTDWG is a face-to-face workshop at ANZCA House
The FANZCA training program is undergoing a major review, as part of the College's current strategy. In parallel with that review, teacher training and support activities will also be reviewed and redesigned to ensure that clinical teachers are equipped with the skills they need to provide our trainees with the highest quality teaching and learning experiences. The Clinical Teacher Development Working Group (CTDWG) will oversee this process of redeveloping a range of activities and materials to support our teachers. This initial workshop will review best practice in the delivery of teacher training and support and brainstorm means by which the training needs of clinical teachers can be met effectively.
