Delivering Feedback
In this one day course you will examine the essential elements in providing effective feedback to enhance learning and explore the potential effects on learners. The activities and discussions will provide you with an opportunity to reflect on methods of providing feedback to trainees, and in particular encourage you to investigate methods for delivering feedback in difficult scenarios. Through role play and small group work you will rehearse techniques for providing effective feedback and their application to the anaesthetic setting.
Whilst there is no cost to attend the course, you will need to register to secure your place.
