Effective Supervision
In this one day course you will develop an understanding of the principles of effective supervision and how these principles relate to the clinical context. The interactive activities and discussions will focus on the role of supervisor in promoting reflection and contributing to professional development. You will explore the skills and qualities of being an effective supervisor, including helpful supervisory behaviours. A framework for effective supervision will be examined and its application to the anaesthetic setting.
Whilst there is no cost to attend the course, you will need to register to secure your place.

This workshop is approved in the ANZCA CPD Program (Approval number: 1306) under Category 1 (Group Learning), Level 2 (Interactive Activities). Two credits per hour can be claimed under this activity.
