Collaborative Clinical Trials in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, Prato, Italy, June 3-5.
The Balanced Anaesthesia and the Relief studies will be presented for investigator participation. This meeting will run in conjunction with the Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Society (ANZICS), and will follow the European Society of Anaesthesia meeting in Barcelona. Anaesthetists interested in participating in these trials are encouraged to attend.
ANZCA Trials Group Strategic Research Workshop, Palm Cove, August 9-11.
The 5th annual workshop meeting will be held at Sea Temple Resort Palm Cove, Qld, August 9-11 .The workshops bring together experienced researchers and as well as new and emerging researchers from Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. The aim of these meetings is to present, mentor and encourage new ideas for multicentre research in anaesthesia, peri-operative and pain medicine. Updates are also given of existing research activity, and participants are encouraged to engage in current multi-centre trials.
Registrations for the meeting are now open, and delegates are encouraged to complete a Sea Temple conference accommodation form early.
Guidelines are also available for researchers to submit their ideas for future multicentre research projects.For more information:
