Case discussions/conferencing

Case discussions/conferencing presenting cases of interest at a small group discussion, either face to face or by video conference. It is a planned discussion of at least three participants (may be multi-disciplinary) with the purpose of reviewing the management of the patient(s) and determining the best options.

Credits: Two credits per hour 


Evidence: Log of discussion times and colleagues involved.
