Welcome Reception

The welcome reception will be held in the Inigo Bar of Rydges Lakeland Resort at from 5.30 – 7.30pm.  The bar offers stunning views over the lake in a warm cosy environment provided by open fires. The cost for attending is included in the delegate registration fee.  Guest tickets for both adults and children can be purchased on the registration form.

Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will be held on Saturday 30 August at the Skyline Gondola Restaurant perched high over Queenstown.  Rise high above Queenstown in a gondola for a dinning venue that spectacular views over Lake Wakatipu and to the mountains beyond. The menu includes New Zealand wines to compliment the food built around local seasonal produce.  The cost of attending is included in the registration fee with guest tickets and children tickets also available.
 

Ski Options

For the convenience of delegates, a private bus charter to Coronet Peak for afternoon skiing has been arranged for Saturday and Sunday. The coach will depart from Rydges at the completion of the morning session. Please indicate your requirements on the registration form. Pre booking is essential to guarantee a seat.

Other Queenstown Activities

For delegates not skiing, Queenstown offers a wide range of activities from Scenic Flights to Milford Sound, a cruise on the Earnshaw steamboat on Lake Wakatipu to Jet boating on the Shotover River.  Or take a wine tours to the Central Otago region to sample the unique wines and take in the magnificent scenery along the way.
