Communication in Anaesthesia SIG

The Communication in Anaesthesia Special Interest Group (SIG) plans to develop workshops and resources and provide guidance to help improve anaesthetists’ skills in all aspects of their work, including patient care (for example, needle-phobic patients), working with surgeons and other health professionals, administrators, and the media.

In addition, the SIG hopes to be able to provide support in teaching and research related to communication in anaesthesia.

A Combined Communication, Education, Welfare and Leadership and Management SIG Meeting will be held on July 10-12, 2020 in Cairns.
