Trainee log book
Trainees are expected to keep an accurate log book for a period of at least six months. Computer logging is encouraged. The faculty has developed a log book in Microsoft Access format for trainees' use.
As users may have different browsers and different file compression programs, instructions for download of this zipped file will vary. However, the common steps will be:
a) Download the zip file to your desktop (or hard drive).
b) Locate the extracted file and double-click it.
