Museum wins award

Our Geoffrey Kaye Museum of Anaesthetic History has received a prestigious Museums Australia Victoria award for its online exhibitions.

Over the past two years, museum staff and volunteers have developed a suite of online projects which helps the College to achieve its mission of being a site for preserving, researching and interpreting the history of anaesthesia and related practices. Rather than diminishing physical visitation, many visitors now talk enthusiastically about having seen our online resources which helped them make the decision to visit. In addition, it provides them with a point of reference back to what they’ve seen after their visit. Read more on the Geoffrey Kaye Museum blog.
