Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists

As you are aware, the College is in the middle of a major overhaul and modernisation of the ANZCA website to make the system more friendly and useful to the wide variety of people who use it.

We are fast approaching the stage for the site to go live and with all tasks of this nature, we require a final, 'real-world' test of elements of the web site before we prepare to release the new version. To this end, we are conducting tests with Fellows and Trainees to assist in smoothing the transition to the new site.

In line with this and your previous offer of assistance, you are one of the team selected to help us in conducting a simple “trial” intended for users - such as yourselves - to look at the performance of the site and report back on any problems.

We understand that you are all very busy with your own workloads, but we need to ensure this system will work for a range of scenarios and for a range of users. We have attached a few notes and suggestions for taking the system through its paces to make sure it performs as expected.

Please bear in mind that the test you will be involved in does not represent a finished product at this stage, so don’t be concerned that features we intend to implement – and which you might have expected – are not yet available.  These elements are also subject to finalisation and testing.
