ANZCA, through its various activities, creates and contributes to a wide range of policies, research, publications, seminars and documents. Some of the materials created by or for ANZCA have commercial or strategic value. Thus, ANZCA has a real interest in protecting and appropriately managing its intellectual property.
Code Of Professional Conduct
The Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) and its Faculties of Intensive Care Medicine and Pain Medicine (The College) is a fellowship-based organisation which promotes the highest standard of safety and quality in comprehensive anaesthesia care to the community through excellence in the education, training, professional development and support of anaesthetists and through research.
ANZCA Privacy Policy
The Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (the College) is committed to ensuring the privacy of individuals. The purpose of this policy is to communicate clearly the personal information handling practices of the College, in accordance with relevant legislation.
Conflict of Interest Policy
At ANZCA’s October Council meeting a Conflict of Interest policy was approved. The purpose of the policy is to provide guidance in identifying and handling potential and actual conflicts of interest involving the College and its activities. The policy primarily relates to Councillors and ANZCA managerial staff, but is intended to raise awareness of conflict of interest issues and provide guidance to all those who fulfil a representative role with ANZCA such as Committee members, examiners, community representatives or staff involved in College work.
