About the library

ANZCA Library provides access to a range of print and online resources, including books, journals, guides and databases, as well as specialist services to suit the clinical information needs of ANZCA/FPM Fellows and trainees.
 

Who can access the library

Full library services and resources are available to active ANZCA and FPM Fellows, trainees, non-Fellow Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program participants, Specialist International Medical Graduate (SIMG - formerly IGMS) members, and retired Fellows. 

Applicants have online access to the library resources with full access to all services available once they are registered as a trainee.

Disclaimer: All material provided by the ANZCA Library is for the benefit of financial Fellows, trainees and international medical graduate specialists of the College and Faculty of Pain Medicine. Material is for authorised users only and should not be shared with non-ANZCA members. When using online resources, members are agreeing to abide by the terms of use for the resource.

Study space

The Library has a study/discussion space available for up to five (5) people located at the rear of the main Library. The Fellows Room adjacent also provides a discussion space for up to seven (7) people. Access to the College wi-fi service is available in both areas.

 

Location and opening hours

The library is situated on the ground floor of the historic Ulimaroa building, alongside the award-winning Geoffrey Kaye Museum and the Fellows Room.

The library is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The Fellows Room is available for use at anytime when the College is open.
