  • 10.1 There shall be a time limit, to be announced by the Chair at the beginning of the Meeting, for presentation of papers and for participation in the discussion.
  • 10.2 No Fellow shall be allowed to speak more than once in any discussion, except at the discretion of the Chair.
  • 10.3 In discussion of papers, slides may be projected only at the discretion of the Chair.
