10.1   There shall be a time limit, to be announced by the Chairman at the beginning of the Meeting, for presentation of papers and for participation in the discussion.

10.2   No Fellow shall be allowed to speak more than once in any discussion, except at the discretion of the Chairman.

10.3   In discussion of papers, slides may be projected only at the discretion of the Chairman.
