Council

The Council sets the overall direction of the College and ensures that the Objects of the College are being achieved.  It reviews and approves the annual strategic plan and the annual budget, and develops and monitors key performance indicators and other benchmarks.

The Council Charter (pdf icon 33 kB) describes in some detail the purpose, functions and workings of the Council.

Council is made up of a mix of voting and non-voting members.  It currently has 15 voting members.  In addition, a number of individuals attend Council in an unofficial capacity to support Council activities and to provide advice and guidance on the strategic operational activities of the College.  The Council quorum is eight.
