Supervisor of training advisors

Some supervisors of training (SOTs) have expressed a desire for informal communication with other SOTs and College personnel outside the formal links described above.

Reasons for this desire vary but all agreed that it would be useful to have an experienced advisors to whom SOTs could turn. In the event of any problems, issues or concerns arising with any aspect of supervision of training, the first point of contact is your REO.

Advice may also be sought from the Chair of the Education and Training Committee or the Education Unit. In addition, the following people have offered to provide informal advice. Many are SOTs themselves; others are highly experienced supervisors with a wealth of knowledge concerning supervisory issues. SOTs should feel free to contact any of the advisors.
