Clea Hincks

The Policy and Communications unit has an advocacy role, its Policy team managing relationships and developing submissions for government and non-government bodies and communicating them internally and externally. It also manages the Australian government-funded Specialist Training Program.

The unit supports the Safety and Quality portfolio, including professional documents management, as well as the college's Indigenous health and overseas aid activities.

The Communications team produces key publications including the ANZCA Bulletin and e-newsletters and is responsible for lifting ANZCA’s profile through the media and via digital communications including the website and social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube). The team also co-ordinates National Anaesthesia Day in October.
