Victorian Registrars' Scientific Meeting

All Victorian trainees are invited to be a part of this annual event, and submit an abstract of 250 words in one of the below categories:

  • Clinical/medical research
  • Miscellaneous (audits, feasibility studies, audit/retrospective studies)


A prize consisting of a $250 gift voucher and a plaque will be awarded in each category for the best presentation on the day. The adjudicating team will include three Victorian fellows.

Cost and registration

Registration (including GST):

  • In-person registration - A$66, includes catering
  • Virtual registration - A$33


Registration will close at 5pm on Thursday 9 November. For any registration queries after this deadline, please email us.

The program and log in details (for anyone wanting to join online) will be sent via email the day before the meeting (Thursday 9 November at 5pm) and the online registrations will close at this time to ensure you are not missed being sent the details. You are welcome to email after this time and we can register you manually.
