Queensland ASBD workshop

Join us for the acute severe behavioural disturbance (ASBD) workshop with Dr Stephanie Oak, on Saturday 26 June.
Learn how to assess and manage behaviourally disturbed patients across a range of settings, with a focus on interventions to de-escalate aggression, and the safe care of patients who require sedation to contain their behaviour.
ASBD in the adult patient is the fifth emergency response category activity available to participants of the ANZCA and FPM continuing professional development program. For further details please refer to the standards for ASBD in the adult patient education sessions.

In addition to the workshop, we are delighted to also offer a separate training session with Dr Oak for anyone interested in becoming an ASBD workshop facilitator.
