Opioid regulation – An international perspective

The International Academy of Colleges of Anaesthesiologists (IACA) is pleased to present “Opioid regulation – An international perspective.”

Debate about use of opioids is not an isolated issue. In this webinar, pain medicine specialists of the IACA partner colleges will share their clinical expertise and insights on opioid regulation in their respective countries. We will discuss intervention, prevention, and how cultural influences fit into the narrative to provide a panoramic view of the opioid crisis in 2022. This 90-minute webinar will be chaired by Dr Timmy Chan of the Hong Kong College of Anaesthesiologists and feature keynote speakers Professor Chi-Wai Cheung and Dr Andrew Purcell.  The event will conclude with a 30 minute expert panel discussion and Q&A session.
