New strategic plan

The 2023-2025 ANZCA Strategic Plan is now available.

The current ANZCA Strategic Plan finishes at the end of the year and over many months the college has been working on developing the ANZCA Strategic Plan 2023-2025.

It involved considerable input from members of ANZCA Council, the FPM Board and staff on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and was also informed by the findings of the 2021 fellowship and trainee surveys, college plans, and an analysis of the current strategic plan.

The past three years have created a very different landscape as we move on from the pandemic and encounter greater financial market volatility, increasing geo-political factors, the impacts of climate change, significant financial and economic pressures facing governments, increasing burdens of disease, health workforce and workforce challenges and changing community expectations.

The new plan will be explained in more detail in the Summer edition of the ANZCA Bulletin out later this year.
