Queensland ACE meeting

09 July 2021

Please be advised that the Queensland ACE meeting, conjoint with the ASA NSC, will be proceeding as planned at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Friday 23 to Sunday 25 July, 2021.

Venue capacities will be appropriately modified as per current Queensland Health guidelines, and appropriate precautions will be implemented onsite to ensure the event is operating in a COVID Safe manner.

Delegates who are able to attend virtually will be able to watch all sessions on Saturday and Sunday in rooms Q1&2 and M1&2, via a live stream on the Meeting Online Program Portal. These sessions will also be recorded and made available after the meeting for on-demand viewing. Sessions in M3&4 may be available to view on an on-demand basis, if the presenters provide pre-recorded content to be used for this purpose. Workshops and case conferences will not be available to virtual attendees.

For members wishing to attend the meeting in Brisbane, we encourage you to continue to regularly check the relevant state government advice around travel in the lead up to the meeting.

Our aim has always been to give people quality education and an opportunity for some much needed social reconnection, while keeping the health and safety of delegates foremost in our minds.

We thank you for your continued support of the Conjoint Meeting and look forward to you joining us either in-person or virtually to enjoy this year’s excellent Scientific Programme.
