Dr Jill Van Acker

Dr Jill Van Acker is the Chair of the Perioperative Medicine Special Interest Group and is a specialist anaesthetist in Canberra. With an ever more complex surgical patient population, she is particularly interested and experienced in the comprehensive, patient centred perioperative care of high risk surgical patients. She has successfully implemented a consultant led high risk preoperative clinic to ensure patients are adequately optimised prior to elective surgery.
