Associate Professor Meredith Young

Dr. Meredith Young, PhD is an Associate Professor in the Institute of Health Sciences Education at McGill University. Her research focuses primarily on how people solve problems, and what we think make “good” solutions. Applying this lens, her work currently centers on issues in clinical reasoning, assessment and validity, and what we think makes legitimate scholarship in HPE research. She also has a real soft spot for talking about failures as a driver for science and innovation.
