Associate Professor Will Bynum

Will Bynum, MD, Assistant Professor and Associate Residency Program Director, Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. 

Dr. Will Bynum is currently an Associate Professor of Family Medicine and Residency Program Director in the Duke Department of Community and Family Medicine. He is a veteran of the US Military, having served for seven years in the US Air Force, including an overseas deployment to Djibouti, Africa. His primary area of academic interest centres around the influence of self-conscious emotions (i.e. shame, guilt, and pride) in medical education and he is currently enrolled as a PhD student in Health Professions Education at Maastricht University.
