Recall: BD Connecta Stopcock with extension tube, compromised sterility

A recall has been issued for BD Connecta Stopcock with extension tube – 100 cm for batch number 2060614 due to potential presence of a hole or rupture in the unit blister packaging resulting in compromised sterility of the product.

Becton Dickinson (BD) advises customers to review their inventory and destroy the impacted stock. Customers are also advised to maintain an inventory of destroyed stock on acknowledgement form and return to BD for credit.
