Pacemakers – Practical approach to the perioperative management of PPMs and AICDs

Dr Bhupesh Pathik is a consultant cardiologist and electrophysiologist. He completed his PhD at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, evaluating the mechanisms of atrial arrhythmias using novel 3D mapping techniques. After completing his PhD, Bhupesh completed a two year clinical fellowship in pacing and cardiac electrophysiology at the Mount Sinai Medical Centre, New York, US. He currently has public appointments at the Royal Melbourne and Box Hill Hospitals.
