Dr Puneet Ranote

Puneet is a UK trained anaesthetist who worked as a consultant at St George’s University Hospital in south-west London for 6 years before moving with her family to Australia in late 2018. Her specialist interest areas include preoperative assessment and prehabilitation. In London she was clinical lead for the adult preoperative service at St George’s and lead a number of quality improvement initiatives including the design and delivery of an award winning prehabilitation programme “Get Set 4 Surgery” at the hospital.

She currently works as an anaesthetic consultant in Sydney and continues her passion for promoting perioperative medicine, prehabilitation and a multidisciplinary approach to shared decision making in perioperative care.
