Updated SIRA rate changes – FPM fellows

The NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) has advised the SIRA set fees for the medical and surgical fees orders have been gazetted and indexed by 4.49%, commencing on 1 February 2025.
The fees orders include:
- Workers Compensation (Medical Practitioner Fees) Order
- Workers Compensation (Surgeon and Orthopaedic Surgeon Fees) Order
- Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation (Injury Management Consultant Fees) Order
- Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation (Medical Examinations and Reports Fees) Order
You can find the updated fees orders, with a commencement date of 1 February 2025, in the NSW Government Gazette No 27 of 24 January 2025 (other). All updated fees orders and fees and practice requirements documents are available on the SIRA website.
