Our Patrons Program is a simple, practical way for you to make a personal investment in the future of safer surgery and better pain treatment, and help to restore quality to patients’ lives.

The academic enhancement grant aims to foster the advancement of the academic disciplines of anaesthesia and/or pain medicine.

Every year, we make grant funding available to fellows and trainees who are novice, emerging or established researchers, for studies in anaesthesia, intensive care, pain or perioperative medicine.

Eye surgery can be performed under eye block, topical anaesthesia or general anaesthesia.

Awarded to the medical student with the best overall performance in the anaesthesia module of the School of Medicine and Health Sciences of the University of Papua New Guinea.
