The 2025 Regional Organising Committee (ROC) is primarily responsible for the formation of the scientific program and meeting theme.

The FPM Victoria Regional Committee is an elected body that acts as a conduit between fellows and trainees in the Victoria regions, and the FPM Board to which they report.

The ANZCA Executive Committee reviews and consolidates documentation and financial matters; makes recommendations to the ANZCA Council, and acts on behalf of the council where appropriate.
