This is a report following the FPM Board meeting held at ANZCA House on 8 December 2024.

A number of changes have been made to ANZCA’s governing documents ahead of the 2025 hospital employment year (HEY).

Register now for the 13th Australasian Symposium of the Perioperative Medicine SIG in collaboration with Summit III and the PeriOperative Quality Initiative (POQI) to be held at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins on 22-24 November.

Registration is open to ANZCA and FPM fellows and trainees, and allied health professionals.

The 2025 ELC will be held on 29 April - 1 May 2025 at Port Douglas, Qld.
