The ANZCA Strategic Plan 2023-2025 guides our college-wide business activity. It's the result of comprehensive consultation and engagement within the ANZCA community and beyond.

This form is to be used by trainees undertaking training in an accredited unit that does not have a diving and hyperbaric medicine (DHM) supervisor of training (SOT) (refer to handbook).

This form should be completed by ANZCA DHM trainees who wish to complete part-time training.
