Professor Tomoki Aoyama

Tomoki is a professor of Human Health Sciences, Graduate School of Medicine, Kyoto University. He conducts clinical and teaching rehabilitation and research. His specialties are rehabilitation medicine, orthopedic surgery and regenerative medicine. A recent study conducted a clinical trial of implanting a three-dimensional nerve conduit created by a three-dimensional printer for peripheral nerve injury. Having handled many orthopedic surgeries and rehabilitations, he fully understands the need for ERAS. In his presentation, he will explain the relationship between ERAS and rehabilitation in Japan.
