Alicia Martin

Alicia is an experienced healthcare leader with a background in Physiotherapy, specialising in Respiratory Physiotherapy. She is deeply interested in change management, people management and service delivery introduction and evaluation.

In 2022/2023, Alicia spent 7 months as the Acting Chief Operational Officer and Acting Executive Strategic Projects consecutively. 

In 2021, Alicia also undertook a secondment to Safer Care Victoria, as Interim Chief Allied Health Officer for the State of Victoria.

She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Graduate Certificate of Management from the Australian Institute of Management. Alicia holds a Masters of Physiotherapy (Cardiorespiratory) from Melbourne University and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University.

She is passionate about holistic patient care delivery, particularly primary and secondary prevention. She also has an interest in digital health and innovative approaches to service delivery.
