The ACE Committee reports to the councils and boards of its three parent organisations and aims to:
- Coordinate all continuing education activities related to anaesthesia, throughout Australia and New Zealand.
- Develop and promote all aspects of continuing education for anaesthetists.
- Ensure that continuing education in anaesthesia is meeting the needs of consumers.
- Ensure that all continuing education activities adhere to policies established by ANZCA, the Australian Society of Anaesthetists and the New Zealand Society of Anaesthetists.
