Chapter of Perioperative Medicine Education and Assessment Committee

The Chapter of Perioperative Medicine Education and Assessment Committee (ChPOM EAC) is a multidisciplinary committee that reports to the Board of the Chapter of Perioperative Medicine (ChPOM Board). The committee oversees the Chapter’s perioperative medicine educational offerings and ensures the implementation of quality improvement frameworks, monitoring and evaluation tools, as well as related processes in alignment with the ChPOM Board.

To fulfil its objectives, the committee engages and collaborates with graduates, course participants, ANZCA staff, and other key stakeholders. Additionally, it liaises with international organisations, such as the Centre for Perioperative Care (CPOC), to contribute to global initiatives and strategies in perioperative medicine education, training, and assessment.

Committee members

We gratefully acknowledge the members of this committee for volunteering their time and expertise.
