Medical practitioners registered in New Zealand need to complete a structured conversation with a peer, colleague or employer each year as part of their CPD. We have created a guidance document and template form to help you meet this requirement. Find more information:

The MCNZ requires CPD providers to embed cultural safety and a focus on health equity across the program. While we work to do this, we've added an annual cultural safety activity for all fellows and other CPD participants into the program framework.
