NSW Pre-Hospital and Retrieval Registrars

CareFlight is an Australian “for purpose” aeromedical organisation. We have two different opportunities for Pre-Hospital and Retrieval Registrars in New South Wales. One is a Pre-Hospital and Retrieval position based at Bankstown airport, with rotation to the busy regional helicopter base in Orange, 300km west of Sydney. You will have access to patients via winch capable helicopter, road and fixed wing. The other opportunity is an integrated Pre-Hospital and hospital-based Trauma Fellowship position on the CareFlight Rapid Response Helicopter based in Westmead and Westmead Hospital (Emergency or Anaesthetic Departments). This role involves both paediatric (medical and trauma) and adult (trauma) rapid response. In addition, there is research involvement with a new Pre-Hospital research program.
Previous retrieval experience is not required as CareFlight’s comprehensive induction program will build on the critical care knowledge that you bring with you to this job.
