ANZCA councillor Sally Ure

How fortunate I am to have a job that I love, with daily opportunities to make a real difference for patients and colleagues. I am passionate about equity, the provision of quality health care, and practitioner wellbeing.

I have relished my role chairing NZNC, in terms of advocacy and policy. I am well positioned to advocate for fellows and trainees with my in-depth knowledge of ANZCA, and strong educational and leadership experience.

My varied roles give me a wider perspective of the landscape in which we practise, what it means to be a professional.
