We will be joined by guest speaker Dr Jo Rotherham who will deliver a talk on 'The Pitfalls and Tribulations of setting up a Service'. This meeting is proudly sponsored by Echo Therapeutics. Speaker
Dr Jo Rotherham
Jo is a Pain Medicine Physician and Anaesthetist with more than two decades experience of failing to set up services in the UK, New Zealand, and Australia.
Despite being Director of the Persistent Pain Service at Wellington Hospital, Director of the Persistent Pain Service and Director of the Acute Pain Service at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, these positions of grandeur have not improved her success.

Setting up a service is tricky and having a good idea is only the very start of a long process with multiple hurdles.
Jo is here today to tell you about what works and what doesn’t when setting up a transitional pain service.
