Safer Care Victoria has recently developed a health services self-assessment tool to evaluate and strengthen quality and safety systems.
Electronic frailty dashboards study
The School of Pharmacy, The University of Sydney, is seeking hospital clinicians to participate in a study to support research on the role of electronic frailty dashboards in the acute medical care of frail older patients. Participants are invited to complete a short survey by 31 January.
Welcome Laila Hallam to the Safety and Quality Committee
Following her appointment by ANZCA Council, Laila Hallam joined the December meeting of the ANZCA Safety and Quality Committee as the new community representative. Laila brings more than 10 years of consumer leadership in health systems experience to role.
Laila replaces Helen Maxwell-Wright who joined the committee in 2012 and had reached the maximum term for membership.
