The SRSC needs your audit examples

Does your department or hospital have an audit plan proforma that you could share with the Scholar Role Sub-committee?
The Scholar Role Sub-committee (SRSC) are hoping to make the scholar role audit requirements more transparent for all involved.
We are going to offer an audit plan template for uploading to the training portfolio system (TPS) – we hope this will facilitate early planning by trainees and consideration of the core components for achieving an appropriate scholar role audit.
Does your department or hospital have an audit plan proforma that you could share with the Scholar Role Sub-committee? If you do, please send it through to the SRSC via our support office, Michael Lee or directly to the SRSC chair, Nina Civil.
We are also planning to update our exemplar audits on Learn@ANZCA, and to create a learning exercise on assessing audits – and are looking for real examples.
We’d like to see audits of all shapes and sizes – but especially audits that were ‘quick and easy’ but that met requirements, as well as audits where the first attempt was inadequate to meet scholar role activity (SRA) standards. We are looking for the themes that make audit assessment difficult, and would redact, anonymise or alter any documents before using them. Please check with the author for consent before sharing them with us.
